When planning a construction project, one of the first things you must do is to meet with your customer, architects and engineers. You have to make sure everyone is on agreement as to the finished project. And you client must be made aware there can be unforseen circumstances that my delay or increase the cost of the budget. That is the number one reason why clients get upset and you have to prepare them in the beggining and what your procedure is for notifying him and getting his approval.
